About the Role: We are looking for a Windows Server Administrator to join our client's IT team in Kuwait. This position is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server systems to ensure high availability, security, and performance that meets business SLA requirements. Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server systems across the organization
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy effectively
• Monitor server health, performance, and capacity proactively

How to Apply
patches, updates, and security configurations on schedule
• Manage virtual environments on Hyper-V and Nutanix AHV
• Troubleshoot and resolve server issues promptly and efficiently
• Manage file shares, permissions, and user access securely
• Perform backups and disaster recovery testing regularly
• Document configurations, procedures, and changes accurately
• Work with the IT team to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of servers supporting business operations Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred
• 3+ years of experience managing Windows Server environments
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025
• Experience with virtualization on Nutanix and Hyper-V
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery tools
