This opportunity is ideal for an experienced warehouse supervisor or manager who can oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory, and lead warehouse teams in Kuwait. About the Role: One of the leading Engineering/Oil & Gas/wastewater treatment companies in Kuwait is looking for Warehouse Supervisors/Managers to oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory, and ensure efficient storage and distribution of materials and equipment. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise warehouse staff and manage daily warehouse operations
• Oversee inventory control, stock management, and cycle counting
• Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch operations efficiently
• Ensure warehouse safety standards and compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization
• Handle warehouse equipment and material handling tools
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
• Support audits and inventory reconciliation processes

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager is required
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
• Ability to supervise warehouse staff and manage daily operations
• Experience with inventory control, stock management, and cycle counting
• Good understanding of warehouse safety standards and compliance
• Ability to manage receiving, storage, and dispatch operations
• Experience with warehouse management systems and software
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
