We are looking for a dedicated Transportation Supervisor to manage our hotel transportation operations and ensure seamless guest transport services. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage hotel transportation operations and services
• Coordinate drivers, schedules, and vehicle assignments efficiently
• Handle guest transportation requests and logistics coordination
• Ensure timely and professional transportation services for guests
• Maintain transportation records and operational reports
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and fuel management
• Collaborate with hotel departments on guest transport needs
• Train and guide drivers on service standards and protocols
• Ensure compliance with hotel and safety regulations
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve transport-related issues

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in transportation supervision within the hotel industry
• Valid Kuwait driving license required
• Knowledge of Opera system and basic computer skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage drivers, schedules, and transportation operations efficiently
• Experience in hospitality or hotel operations is preferred
• Good organizational and leadership skills
