Job Responsibilities
• Provide direct technical support to users and resolve daily technical issues
• Receive support requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems
• Diagnose hardware, software, network, and printer issues
• Install and update operating systems, software, and applications
• Set up new employee devices and manage user access
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure
• Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when needed
• Document technical issues and solutions
Requirements & Qualifications
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• At least 5 years of practical experience in Help Desk or technical support
• Excellent knowledge of operating systems, networks, and hardware maintenance
• Experience handling ticketing systems and technical support
• Proficiency in English speaking and writing
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
