Technical Support Engineer Jobs in Kuwait

Brunel is hiring an experienced Technical Support Engineer for a permanent full-time position in Kuwait. The engineer will provide technical support for archive and correspondence applications, administer and troubleshoot Laserfiche repositories, workflows, and integrations, and manage MS SQL Server databases including backup, recovery, and performance optimization. Responsibilities also include administering Windows Server, Active Directory, and server and storage infrastructure; diagnosing application, server, and database issues; maintaining technical documentation and standard operating procedures; providing user training; and ensuring compliance with IT governance, security, and organizational policies. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and has strong enterprise support experience. Experience in government or digital transformation projects, workflow automation, OCR integration, and Arabic-English communication are advantages. Candidates currently based in Kuwait will be preferred.
