• Oversee the health and beauty department operations and staff
• Ensure excellent product knowledge and customer service from beauty advisors
• Manage visual merchandising and product displays in the beauty section
• Monitor sales performance and achieve department targets
• Train and develop health and beauty sales staff
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock levels
• Ensure compliance with product safety and hygiene standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, cosmetics, beauty, or a related field is required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in health and beauty retail supervision is required
• Strong knowledge of health, beauty, and personal care products
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Experience with visual merchandising and product displays in beauty sections
• Good understanding of sales targets and customer service in beauty retail
• Ability to train and develop beauty advisors and sales staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
