Position: Store Manager – Hypermarket Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
• Lead, motivate, and manage a large retail team
• Drive sales growth and achieve store revenue and profitability targets
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and stock levels across departments
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints
• Implement loss prevention strategies and maintain store security
• Prepare budgets, monitor P&L, and control costs effectively
• Coordinate with head office on policies, promotions, and reporting

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in store management or hypermarket operations is required
• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience managing large teams
• Excellent knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service standards
• Experience with inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, P&L management, and cost control
• Ability to drive sales growth and achieve store targets
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
