We are looking for skilled construction workers to join our team and contribute to our ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret structural drawings and blueprints accurately
• Cut, bend, and fix steel reinforcement bars according to specifications
• Assemble and place steel reinforcement for concrete structures
• Ensure proper spacing, alignment, and securing of steel bars
• Follow construction safety standards and protocols at all times
• Work with concrete formwork and reinforcement structures
• Coordinate with site engineers and construction supervisors
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Support quality checks and inspections on steel work

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a steel fixer in construction projects is required
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and blueprints
• Strong skills in cutting, bending, and fixing steel reinforcement bars
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and protocols
• Ability to work with concrete formwork and reinforcement structures
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor construction environments
• Good teamwork and communication skills
