Al Awael Bilingual School is hiring a Social Worker for Academic Year 2026-2027. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide social support and counseling to students
• Support student well-being and mental health
• Coordinate with families and school staff
• Help students with personal and social challenges
• Maintain student records and documentation
• Support school counseling and support programs

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Minimum 2 years of social work or counseling experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of student support and welfare services
• Problem-solving and empathy skills
• Local hiring from inside Kuwait only
