• Build and maintain relationships with physicians and medical professionals
• Coordinate with physicians, healthcare providers, and medical stakeholders
• Support physician partnership and referral programs
• Manage physician accounts and ensure professional satisfaction
• Assist in negotiating medical service agreements
• Represent the hospital at medical and healthcare events
• Support strategic planning and physician network expansion
• Monitor medical industry trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with internal teams on medical projects
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and medical standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in physician relations, healthcare engagement, or medical business development within Oman
• Strong network with physicians, healthcare providers, and key medical stakeholders
• Experience in physician partnerships, medical account management, and healthcare initiatives
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Arabic-speaking candidates preferred
• Preference will be given to Omani nationals
