• Build and maintain corporate relationships with key stakeholders
• Coordinate with corporates, insurance companies, TPAs, and healthcare providers
• Support business development and partnership initiatives
• Manage corporate accounts and ensure client satisfaction
• Assist in negotiating contracts and service agreements
• Represent the hospital at corporate and healthcare events
• Support strategic planning and relationship-building efforts
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with internal teams on corporate projects
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate relations, healthcare engagement, or business development within Oman
• Strong network with corporates, insurance companies, TPAs, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders
• Experience in corporate partnerships, account management, and healthcare initiatives
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Arabic-speaking candidates preferred
• Preference will be given to Omani nationals
