Position: Section Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee section operations and staff
• Drive sales and achieve section revenue targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints
• Manage visual merchandising and product displays
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stock management
• Train and develop section staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hiring from inside Kuwait only with valid transferable visa 18 is required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with visual merchandising and inventory management
• Ability to drive sales and achieve section targets
• Good understanding of retail operations and customer service standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fashion retail environment
