This opportunity is ideal for an experienced sales engineer who can sell generator solutions and power systems in a technical sales environment in Kuwait. About the Role: One of the leading Engineering/Oil & Gas/wastewater treatment companies in Kuwait is looking for Sales Engineers specializing in generators to drive sales, build client relationships, and grow the power generation business. Key Responsibilities:
• Sell generator and power generation solutions to industrial and commercial clients
• Prepare technical proposals, sales quotations, and presentations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with key accounts
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate generator solutions
• Coordinate with engineering teams on technical specifications and delivery
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals consistently
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
• Maintain CRM records and sales documentation
• Support contract negotiations and technical terms discussions

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Engineer in the generator or power generation industry is required
• Strong technical knowledge of generators and power systems
• Ability to prepare technical proposals and sales quotations
• Experience with client relationship management and business development
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand client needs and recommend generator solutions
• Experience with sales targets and revenue goals
• Ability to coordinate with engineering and technical teams
