Pace Kuwait is hiring a Sales Associate in Kuwait. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who can promote company services, build client relationships, and support sales growth across packing, moving, ladies cleaning, door-to-door, and B2B services. Job Summary: The Sales Associate is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s services, including packing and moving services, ladies cleaning services, door-to-door services, and B2B business solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Associate will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base and maintaining strong customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and contact potential customers for packing, moving, ladies cleaning, door-to-door, and B2B services
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person
• Explain company services clearly and professionally to customers and business clients
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual customers and business clients
• Visit clients, offices, and sites when required to understand their service needs
• Present service proposals to companies and business partners for B2B opportunities
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service execution
• Keep records of all leads, quotations, follow-ups, and confirmed sales
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets set by management
• Handle customer concerns professionally and refer issues when needed
• Promote company services through personal communication, referrals, door-to-door visits, and business networking
• Assist in preparing sales reports and updates for management Required Skills and Competencies:

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is an advantage
• Experience in service-based industries such as moving, cleaning, or field sales is preferred
• B2B sales experience will be considered an added advantage Working Conditions:
