Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the facility management sector
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with long-term focus
• Prepare tailored proposals and negotiate contracts effectively
• Conduct market research and track sales performance metrics
• Maintain CRM records and generate sales reports
• Represent the company at industry events and networking forums

Requirements & Qualifications
