Ali Alghanim and Sons Automotive is a leading automotive company in Kuwait with a strong reputation and a dynamic, supportive team environment. We are looking for talented professionals to join our team. Position: Sales Administrator Key Responsibilities:
• Process all vehicle orders accurately in line with sales directives, showroom stock, and demonstrations
• Monitor vehicle availability and track transit to the showroom
• Collate and record new vehicle delivery information, create stock files, stock record books, and stock cards
• Complete new car handover process and PDI pre-delivery inspection instructions, distributing documentation to relevant departments
• Ensure all vehicle details, forms, payments, and log books are processed correctly
• Prepare and complete sales invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and keep them updated on customer order status
• Deliver accurate data for financial reporting and assist with department reporting Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in automotive sales administration or similar role is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and dealership management systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Candidates currently inside Kuwait only Work Location: Kuwait If you would like
