Restaurant Supervisor Jobs in Kuwait

SWISH Group is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor to support its hospitality operations in Kuwait. The Restaurant Supervisor will coordinate day-to-day floor activities, guide team members during shifts, help maintain service and food-safety standards, and support efficient restaurant operations. Candidates should currently be inside Kuwait and have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant restaurant supervision experience. Previous experience in a quick-service restaurant or casual dining concept is preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, organization, customer service, and shift-coordination skills are required. Applicants must hold a valid transferable residency in Kuwait, with availability to join at the earliest possible date preferred.
