About 12 Chutneys and Cafe: 12 Chutneys and Cafe is a leading Indian restaurant in Kuwait City offering authentic Indian cuisine and a vibrant dining experience. We are looking for dynamic, highly qualified staff to join our team. Positions Available:
• Sous Chef (North Indian Food and Tandoor)
• Chaat Maker (CDP)
• Bartender Cum Waiter
• Steward or Cleaner
• Driver from India (Not Local) Key Responsibilities:
• Sous Chef: Prepare North Indian dishes and operate Tandoor; manage kitchen operations and food quality
• Chaat Maker: Prepare Indian street food and chaat items; maintain recipe standards and hygiene
• Bartender Cum Waiter: Prepare beverages and serve customers; handle orders and provide excellent service
• Steward or Cleaner: Maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness; support kitchen staff and dishwashing
• Driver: Handle restaurant deliveries and transportation; maintain vehicle and follow traffic rules

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of Kuwait experience is required for all positions
• Transferable Residency Article 18 is required
• Sous Chef: Experience in North Indian food and Tandoor cooking
• Chaat Maker: CDP experience in Indian street food preparation
• Bartender Cum Waiter: Experience in beverage service and customer service
• Steward or Cleaner: Experience in restaurant cleaning and kitchen support
• Driver: Valid driving license and experience in Kuwait; from India only
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Indian restaurant environment
