Position: Chef and Cook Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare shawarma, sandwiches, falafel, hummus, and similar menu items to high quality standards
• Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance
• Support inventory management and stock control
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and restaurant management

Requirements & Qualifications

• Indian or Bangladeshi nationality preferred
• Previous experience as a chef or cook in a restaurant
• Hands-on experience with shawarma, sandwiches, falafel, and hummus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good hygiene and food safety practices
