About the Role:
We are a company in Fintas, Kuwait looking for a dedicated Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and support smooth office operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 180 KD.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
• Handle telephone calls and customer inquiries promptly
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
• Handle communications and correspondence efficiently
• Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and documents
• Coordinate with internal departments on office matters
• Maintain a clean and professional reception area
• Support office management and administrative tasks
• Handle basic clerical and filing duties as required
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in front desk operations or reception is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good English and Arabic communication skills are preferred
• Ability to handle telephone calls and customer inquiries professionally
• Basic administrative and computer skills
• Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently
• Ability to handle communications and correspondence
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
