Plaza Hotel is a hospitality establishment in Kuwait offering quality accommodation and dining services. We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist and Call Center Agent to handle guest reservations, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs professionally
• Manage incoming calls and inquiries via phone and email
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, rates, and availability
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain guest records and reservation systems accurately
• Coordinate with housekeeping, restaurant, and other departments
• Ensure professional phone etiquette and customer handling standards
• Support front desk operations and guest reception
• Handle billing and payment inquiries professionally
• Ensure a positive guest experience at all touchpoints
Requirements & Qualifications
• Must be currently based in Kuwait
• Transferable visa required
• Previous experience in reception or call center or customer service is required
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English is preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and customer handling skills
• Ability to handle reservations, inquiries, and complaints efficiently
• Basic computer skills including MS Office
• Hospitality or restaurant experience is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international restaurant or hospitality environment Work Location: Kuwait
