Real Estate Sales Agent Job in UAE

A top-tier real estate agency in Dubai is urgently hiring Real Estate Sales Agents to capitalize on Dubai booming property market in 2026. Responsibilities: - Source, list, and sell residential and commercial properties in Dubai - Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through networking and referrals - Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals to close - Stay updated on Dubai property market trends, prices, and RERA regulations - Coordinate with developers and landlords for off-plan and secondary market deals - Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in real estate sales (Dubai preferred) - RERA license (or willingness to obtain upon joining) - Strong English communication skills; Arabic or Russian is a plus - Self-motivated, target-driven with excellent negotiation skills - Valid UAE driving license preferred

Salary
