About the Role
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Lead to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for a major building and commercial facility construction project. The ideal candidate will ensure that all materials, workmanship, and construction methods meet project specifications, international standards, and client expectations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Relevant Engineering Degree
Required Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
8–10 years of proven experience in QA/QC roles (preferably with GCC experience in commercial building construction).
In-depth knowledge of international standards (ISO 9001, BS, ASTM, ACI, etc.) and local regulations.
Proficient in preparing and implementing Quality Management Systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and QA/QC reporting tools.
Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is a plus.
