Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee mechanical or electrical engineering projects from initiation to completion
• Lead project teams and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government clients
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
• Monitor project progress and address technical and operational challenges
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and maintenance contract requirements
• Manage project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications
• Conduct site inspections and oversee maintenance and installation activities
• Support procurement and vendor management for project materials
• Ensure safety and quality standards across all project activities
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management is required
• Previous experience in government projects and maintenance contracts is preferred
• Experience in managing teams and following project timelines is preferred
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Experience in maintenance and facility management projects
• Ability to work with government clients and contractors
