About the Role: We are looking for a Project Manager and Site Engineer to join our team in Al-Rai, Kuwait. You will be responsible for managing finishing works and coordinating with MEP contractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage finishing works and coordinate with MEP contractors and subcontractors
• Oversee site operations and ensure quality standards and project timelines
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and ensure smooth communication
• Monitor construction progress and resolve site issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Prepare site reports and documentation for project tracking
• Support team coordination and resource allocation on site
• Ensure materials and finishes meet project specifications

Requirements & Qualifications

• Good knowledge in finishing works and coordination with MEP works is required
• Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait
• Transferable visa number 18 is required
• Immediate joining required
• Experience in construction project management and site engineering is preferred
• Ability to coordinate with MEP contractors and subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of finishing works and interior fit-out
• Good communication and team coordination skills
