We are looking for a motivated Procurement Specialist to join our team and support our procurement operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Support procurement and purchasing activities for food materials and supplies
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on quotations and orders
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
• Follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
• Support inventory management and stock planning activities
• Communicate effectively with internal departments on procurement needs
• Assist in vendor evaluation and selection processes

Requirements & Qualifications

• Saudi nationality is required
• Excellent command of English language is required
• No prior experience required
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a procurement and supply chain environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes is preferred
