About ARGAN Riaya: ARGAN Riaya is a private rehabilitation hospital located in Salmiya, Block 2, Arabian Gulf Street, Kuwait. We are a modern specialist hospital offering comprehensive rehabilitation and medical services with a multidisciplinary clinical team. We are looking for dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team and provide exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan and implement physiotherapy treatment programs for patients
• Deliver physical therapy and rehabilitation services to inpatients and outpatients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams on patient care plans
• Monitor and document patient progress and rehabilitation outcomes
• Ensure high standards of patient care and rehabilitation excellence
• Use modern physiotherapy techniques and equipment effectively
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises and home care
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Participate in quality assurance and patient safety initiatives
• Support continuous improvement in rehabilitation services and patient outcomes

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Kuwait or have 3+ years of experience with a valid medical license from home country
• Available to join full-time
• Experience in rehabilitation and physical therapy is preferred
• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques and patient rehabilitation programs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Commitment to high standards of patient care and rehabilitation outcomes
