• Pharmacy related qualification is required
• Assist in dispensing medications and pharmaceutical products
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers
• Maintain inventory and stock of pharmacy items
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards
• Support the pharmacist with daily operations 2. Pharmacy Call Center Executive (Bilingual)
• Bilingual in Arabic and English is required
• Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally
• Provide information about medications, services, and promotions
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with pharmacy staff
• Maintain accurate call records and customer database
