About the Role
Omega International HR Consultant is hiring an Oracle Web Developer in Kuwait. The role requires experience with Oracle Forms and Reports 6i, 10g, and 12c, PL/SQL, Oracle Application Server, and WebLogic Server administration. Responsibilities include Oracle Forms 10g and 12c development, Oracle Reports 10g and 12c development, creating and maintaining PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers, writing complex SQL queries, working with database objects, and supporting web services, APIs, and Java integrations. The successful candidate will also administer Oracle WebLogic Server 12c and Oracle Application Server 10g, configure Forms Servlet, Reports Server, and WebUtil, and support SSL/HTTPS, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, backup and recovery, patches, and upgrades. Oracle APEX experience is an advantage.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experienced Oracle Web Developer with expertise in Oracle Forms and Reports 6i, 10g, and 12c, PL/SQL, Oracle Application Server, and WebLogic Server administration.
