• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Manage logistics, supply chain, and warehouse activities
• Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements
• Lead and develop teams to achieve company objectives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on operational needs
• Analyze data and performance metrics to drive decisions
• Support inventory management and stock optimization
• Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution
• Contribute to strategic planning and operational growth

Requirements & Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently inside Kuwait only
• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in data analysis, process improvement, and performance metrics tracking
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and relevant software
• Proven experience in the retail, logistics, or supply chain industries
• MBA is an advantage
• Ability to oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency and productivity
• Experience managing logistics, supply chain, and warehouse activities
• Ability to lead and develop teams to achieve company objectives
