• Manage and coordinate daily shipping operations efficiently
• Liaise with carriers, agents, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
• Prepare and process shipping documents accurately and on time
• Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery to destinations
• Resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Coordinate with internal teams on logistics and operational needs
• Maintain accurate records of shipping and operational activities
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
• Handle customer and partner inquiries related to operations
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently inside Kuwait only
• Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or operations is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate daily shipping operations
• Experience liaising with carriers, agents, and suppliers
• Ability to prepare and process shipping documents accurately
• Good knowledge of shipping procedures and compliance requirements
• Ability to monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery
