• Sales Associates
• Assistant Store Managers
• Store Managers Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Associates: Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting sports and lifestyle products
• Sales Associates: Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions
• Assistant Store Managers: Support store operations and assist the Store Manager in daily management tasks
• Assistant Store Managers: Supervise sales associates and ensure smooth store operations
• Store Managers: Lead and manage the overall store operations and team performance
• Store Managers: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and KPIs
• All roles: Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards
• All roles: Handle inventory management and stock replenishment
• All roles: Process sales transactions and handle cash register operations
• All roles: Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant retail experience is required
• Bilingual in Arabic and English is required
• Experience in sports and lifestyle retail is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Leadership skills for managerial roles
• Experience in team management for Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager positions
• Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
