We are looking for skilled chefs to join our team. Position: Napoli Pizza and Pastry Chef Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare authentic Napoli pizza using traditional techniques and recipes
• Create a variety of pastries, cakes, and baked goods
• Develop and introduce new pizza and pastry items to the menu
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance
• Manage inventory and ordering for pizza and pastry ingredients
• Train and guide kitchen assistants as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in Napoli pizza and pastry preparation is required
• Ability to develop and introduce new items is required
• Experience with traditional Italian pizza techniques and authentic recipes
• Strong skills in dough preparation, sauce making, and pizza baking
• Pastry making experience including cakes, desserts, and baked goods
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen
• Creative and innovative approach to menu development
• Candidates currently inside Kuwait only
