About the Role
Rezyat Group is hiring a Manager - Human Resources & Administration for NCC Kuwait. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling overall HR and administrative activities, including employee hiring, terminations, retirements, visa processing, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to support the company mission through effective HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and employee relations practices
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
• Manage performance management, employee development, and training initiatives
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business needs
• Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth HR and administration activities
• Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary cases
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws and company policies
• Partner with management to improve employee engagement and effectiveness
Requirements & Qualifications
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources and Administration
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor laws and HR best practices
• Adequate knowledge of MS Office, HR and payroll software, and ERP
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities Benefits:
