Position: Leasing Finance Sales Supervisor Work Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of leasing finance sales specialists
• Set team sales targets and monitor individual performance
• Coach and develop team members to achieve excellence
• Promote and sell leasing finance products to retail and corporate clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
• Prepare sales reports and performance analytics

Salary
9,000 – 12,000 SAR (depending on experience) Working Hours:
• 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience in finance or sales is required
• Holding Retail Banking and Credit Advisor certificates is preferred, or willingness to obtain them within the first year of the contract
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent sales and customer service abilities
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to set and achieve team sales targets
• Proficiency in financial products and leasing services
