About the Role
Almerak in Kuwait City is hiring an IT Technical Support Executive for a full-time role with immediate joining. This opportunity is ideal for a smart and knowledgeable IT professional with at least 1 year of IT experience in Kuwait who wants to install and configure POS systems, train customers, and provide technical support in a customer-facing environment in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and configure POS systems at customer locations
• Train customers on how to use the system effectively
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries and technical questions professionally
• Maintain accurate records of installations and support activities
• Coordinate with technical teams on complex issues
• Support system updates and maintenance at customer sites
• Travel to customer locations for on-site support
• Follow company procedures and service standards at all times
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of IT experience in Kuwait is required
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
• Ready to join immediately
• Experience with POS systems and customer training is preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide basic technical support
• Ability to install and configure systems at customer locations
• Strong customer service orientation
