Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices
• Support LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, and switching operations
• Configure and maintain Sophos Firewall settings, including security policies, NAT, and IPS
• Monitor network performance and analyze faults
• Work with network monitoring tools such as PRTG or Zabbix

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering or a related field
• One year or more experience in the same field or a related field
• Strong experience in networks
• CCNA or Sophos certification considered an added advantage
• Knowledge of DHCP, TCP/IP, and DNS
• Practical experience in Sophos Firewall
