IT Support Network Jobs in Kuwait

We are hiring for IT support network jobs in Kuwait for an experienced network professional who can manage, optimize, and support the organization’s network infrastructure. This role is ideal for candidates with strong technical knowledge in networking, Cisco systems, troubleshooting, and network security.\n\n

Job Responsibilities
\n
• Install and configure Cisco switches, wireless networks, and IP telephony systems\n
• Manage routing, internet connectivity, and other network connections\n
• Monitor, optimize, and tune network performance for security, stability, and high availability\n
• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for escalation, troubleshooting, and SLA compliance\n
• Participate in ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management processes\n
• Support disaster recovery planning and conduct network failover testing\n
• Implement and maintain network security controls, ACLs, segmentation, and patch management\n
• Perform vulnerability assessments and support remediation of identified risks\n
• Maintain inventory of hardware, software licenses, and related assets\n
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, procedures, and service records\n
• Contribute to IT and security audits with accurate records\n
• Provide guidance and training to junior IT staff\n\n

Requirements & Qualifications
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent\n
• CCNA certification\n
• CCNP routing and switching or security preferred\n
• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience\n
• Fluency in English\n
• Excellent computer skills\n
