GoGreek is hiring an IT Support Specialist for a full-time role in Saudi Arabia. This position is ideal for a skilled IT professional who can manage network and branch systems, support Back-End servers, and provide technical support across multiple locations in the restaurant and retail sector. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor network and branch systems
• Support and maintain Back-End systems and servers
• Follow up on application updates and manage Back-End operations
• Coordinate with application and systems development companies
• Monitor POS devices, cameras, and operational systems
• Provide technical support and resolve technical issues for branches and management
• Monitor information security and data backups
• Monitor system performance and improve operational efficiency

Requirements & Qualifications

• Practical experience in IT and networking
• Good knowledge of network infrastructure and Back-End systems
• Experience in application management and dealing with external tech companies
• Experience in Windows Server, Cloud, VPN, and Firewalls
• Ability to handle technical failures efficiently and quickly
• Previous experience in the restaurant, hotel, or retail sector is preferred Required Skills:
