Alfarabi Labs is hiring an IT Support professional in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role provides day-to-day technical support to employees and system users and supports hardware, software, operating systems, connectivity, and routine IT operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues; installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and related IT equipment; supporting system access, user accounts, passwords, and basic application issues; diagnosing problems and escalating complex incidents when needed; assisting with LAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity troubleshooting; maintaining IT equipment records and asset tracking; documenting support requests and resolutions; supporting software installations, system updates, and workstation configurations; and following IT security policies, procedures, and access controls. The IT Support professional will also coordinate with internal teams and external IT service providers when required. Candidates should have a relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technical Support, or a related discipline, with good Arabic and English communication skills.
