Overview: We are hiring a Junior IT Support (B2B Solutions) to join our team in Kuwait. This entry-level role is designed for motivated candidates eager to grow in IT support and business solutions. Training will be provided to ensure success in handling diverse technical environments. Key Responsibilities: Deliver onsite and remote support for clients across Kuwait , Install, configure, and troubleshoot POS hardware and related systems , Assist with ERP onboarding, migration, and provide user training , Configure routers, access points, and basic networking setups , Deploy and maintain digital signage and CMS solutions , Provide client support during and after deployment phases , Document technical issues and resolutions for internal tracking , Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and advanced troubleshooting.
