About the Role
Provide L1 & L2 support (basic and intermediate troubleshooting)
,Install and configure hardware and software
,Manage user accounts, email access, and permissions
,Troubleshoot network, printer, and system-related issues
Provide support to remote users,
Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Degree related to IT/Computer Science
Required Skills
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Windows and basic Linux,
Networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP),
Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365,
Hardware and software troubleshooting,
Familiarity with remote support tools,
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Healthcare / Clinic Experience (Preferred):
Experience with HMS / EMR / EHR systems,
Understanding of clinic workflows (reception, billing, lab, radiology),
Support and integration of medical devices,
Knowledge of patient data privacy and security practices,
Experience with appointment and queue management systems
Additional Requirements:
Valid driving license (mandatory),
Basic networking skills, including cable crimping and cable management,
Experience with BioTime (attendance system),
Basic knowledge of web development,
Experience with CRM / HMS applications.
