Microsystc in Kuwait is hiring an IT Sales and Support Executive for a full-time role. This opportunity is ideal for an IT professional with POS software and hardware support experience who wants to combine technical support with sales in a dynamic IT environment in Kuwait. About Microsystc: Microsystc is an IT company in Kuwait providing technology solutions and support services. We are looking for a dedicated IT Sales and Support Executive to join our team and support our clients with POS systems and IT solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for POS software and hardware systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for clients efficiently
• Identify business opportunities and upsell IT solutions to existing clients
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
• Support Windows and networking infrastructure for clients
• Coordinate with the technical team on complex issues and solutions
• Maintain accurate records of support activities and sales interactions
• Ensure timely resolution of client issues and follow-ups

Requirements & Qualifications

• IT Diploma or Degree is required
• Experience with POS software and hardware support is required
• Basic knowledge of Windows and networking is required
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills are required
• Good communication and sales skills with the ability to identify business opportunities and upsell solutions
• Transferable visa 18 is required
• Driving license is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Previous IT sales experience is preferred Work Location: Kuwait
