UAPCO is urgently hiring an IT and ERP Support Executive in Sulaibiya, Kuwait for a full-time role. This opportunity is suitable for an experienced IT professional who can handle ERP support, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide reliable user support within a fast-moving business environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide IT and ERP support to internal users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and ERP issues
• Maintain systems and assist with ERP coordination
• Support user requests and system maintenance activities
• Work closely with teams to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant IT background
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support and ERP support
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Exceed ERP
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and ERP-related issues
• Experience in user support, system maintenance, and ERP coordination
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Candidates currently available in Kuwait preferred
