ICT Sales Account Manager Jobs in Kuwait

Zajil Telecom is hiring an ICT Sales Account Manager in Kuwait. The successful candidate will meet and exceed sales targets through new opportunities, renewals, and key account management. Responsibilities include identifying and developing business opportunities through market research and sales analysis, following up with prospects, negotiating and closing deals, submitting timely proposals, building and maintaining client relationships, promoting products and services, maintaining CRM records, monitoring leads and opportunities, and ensuring timely submission to customers. The role also covers monitoring market trends and competitors, following up on outstanding invoices for strategic customers, supporting timely collections, preparing business cases, and developing revenue forecasts for new and existing POP nodes. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree or MBA in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent and have 4-8 years of ICT experience. Preferred certifications include PM, ITIL, CISA, CCIE, MCSE, CCNP, CCNA, CCVP, or equivalent.
