ICT Business Development Manager Jobs in Kuwait

Zajil Telecom is hiring an ICT Business Development Manager in Kuwait. The role focuses on growing ICT products through new leads and client mining, creating sales opportunities, qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline and forecasts, and leading sales closing and account management activities. Responsibilities include building relationships with strategic and key customers, responding to customer inquiries, collaborating with Presales on solution design and pricing, compiling tenders and developing proposals, monitoring competitor strategies and pricing, maintaining customer relationships through project delivery, and supporting Enterprise and SME Account Managers in closing new business. The role also includes contributing to reports for Group Management and supporting training activities. Candidates should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field or equivalent and have 7-10 years of ICT experience. Preferred certifications include PM, ITIL, CISA, CCIE, MCITP, CCNP, CA, CPA, DHR, DA, or equivalent. Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills are required.
