Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HR operations and employee records remotely
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Handle employee documentation and HR administration
• Coordinate with management on HR policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate HR records and databases
• Support payroll coordination and attendance management
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations
• Handle employee inquiries and grievances professionally
• Support performance management and employee development
• Contribute to HR strategy and remote workforce management
Requirements & Qualifications
• Saudi nationals only
• Men and women both eligible for remote work
• Previous experience in human resources or HR administration is preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations
• Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle remote work independently
• Experience with employee onboarding, records, and documentation
• Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations is a plus
