• Assist with payroll and employee relations matters
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Human Resources is required
• One year or more of experience in Human Resources is required
• Familiarity with labor systems and government platforms is required
• Experience in medical insurance is required
• Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs is required
• Ability to work within a team is required
• Must not have a current employment contract (not registered in social insurance or Qiwa platform)
• Effective communication skills are required
• Organizational and time management skills are required
