GOFSCO (Gas and Oilfield Services Company) in Ahmadi, Kuwait is hiring an HSE Supervisor for an Oil and Gas company. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced HSE professional with NEBOSH certification and Oil and Gas industry experience who wants to oversee health, safety, and environment operations in Kuwait. About GOFSCO: GOFSCO (Gas and Oilfield Services Company) is an oil and gas services company in Kuwait. We are looking for a dedicated HSE Supervisor to join our team and ensure the highest health, safety, and environment standards across our operations in Ahmadi, Kuwait. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions
• Prepare HSE reports, documentation, and maintain safety records
• Perform risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and international standards
• Lead emergency response planning and safety management systems
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors on safety matters

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) is required
• Mandatory experience in the Oil and Gas industry or with Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) projects is required
• Professional HSE certification such as NEBOSH or equivalent is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation is required
• Experience in implementing and monitoring HSE policies, procedures, and compliance requirements is required
• Ability to conduct safety inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions is required
• Experience in preparing HSE reports, documentation, and maintaining safety records is required
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required
• Proficient in emergency response planning and safety management systems is required
• Familiarity with ISO and other international HSE standards is an advantage
• Candidates currently inside Kuwait only
