About the Role
Back Combined is seeking an experienced HSE Manager in Kuwait to lead health, safety, and environmental operations on a large-scale Oil & Gas mega project. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience specifically as an HSE Manager, with strong knowledge of HSE regulations and international standards. Candidates should have prior experience in oil and gas or other large-scale projects, proven ability to lead HSE teams, and hands-on experience with incident management. Applicants must be based inside Kuwait and currently reside in Kuwait.
